Our application requests the following Facebook permissions to provide Page management functionality:

  • public_profile: Access to your basic profile information (name and profile picture) to identify your account.
  • email: Access to your email address to associate your Facebook account with your Net3000.ca account.
  • pages_show_list: Access to a list of Facebook Pages you manage, allowing you to select which Pages to connect to our platform.
  • pages_read_engagement: Access to read engagement metrics (comments, reactions, shares) on posts published to your Pages, enabling you to analyze audience interactions.
  • pages_manage_metadata: Ability to read and update your Page's metadata and settings to ensure proper integration and functionality.
  • pages_read_user_content: Access to read user-generated content (posts, comments) on your Pages for analysis and management purposes.
  • pages_manage_posts: Ability to create, edit, and delete posts on your Facebook Pages, including publishing text posts, images, and videos from our platform.
  • pages_manage_engagement: Ability to manage and respond to comments and messages on your Page posts, enabling interaction with your audience.

When you connect your Facebook Pages, we may collect and store the following information:

  • Page identification information (Page ID, Page name, Page URL)
  • Page profile information (profile picture, category, description)
  • Page access tokens (encrypted and stored securely) necessary to publish content and access Page data
  • Post content and engagement data (comments, reactions, shares) for Pages you have connected
  • Page settings and configuration data

How We Use Facebook Pages Data:

We use the information collected from your Facebook Pages solely for the following purposes:

  • To display and manage the list of Facebook Pages you have connected to our platform
  • To publish content (text posts, images, videos) to your Facebook Pages as you direct through our platform
  • To retrieve and display engagement metrics (comments, reactions, shares) for posts published to your Pages
  • To manage Page settings and configurations as configured through our platform
  • To respond to comments and messages on your Page posts when you use our engagement management features
  • To provide analytics and insights about your Page performance

We do not:

  • Share your Page data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law
  • Use your Page data for advertising purposes without your explicit consent
  • Access or collect data from Pages you have not explicitly connected to our platform
  • Publish content to your Pages without your explicit action through our platform

You can disconnect your Facebook Pages at any time through our platform settings or by removing our application from your Facebook account settings. When you disconnect, we will stop accessing your Page data, but we may retain previously collected data as necessary for our legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

If you connected Facebook Pages to our platform:

  1. You can disconnect your Facebook Pages at any time through the Facebook Pages settings in your Net3000.ca account.
  2. Alternatively, log in to your Facebook account, go to Settings & PrivacySettingsBusiness Integrations, locate Net3000.ca Page Publisher, and remove the integration.
  3. To request deletion of Page data we have already collected (such as Page information, post data, and engagement metrics), please contact us at [email protected] and specify that you want to delete your "Facebook Pages data".

After we verify your identity and review your request, we will delete the relevant data from our active systems, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain it (for example, for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes).

Our Commitment To Data Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction.
